Founderi is an ecosystem created by people, centred on encounter, collaboration, knowledge and mutual support.

Before you enter Founderi, we ask you to read our shared ethical principles and agree to them.

Every person deserves respect, dignity and fair treatment – regardless of origin, nationality, skin colour, gender, identity, age, language, physical ability, personal way of life, religion or worldview.

We don't always have to be of the same opinion. Different experiences, perspectives and ideas are expressly welcome. What matters is how we treat each other.

We debate topics and ideas – we don't attack people.

The following in particular are not permitted:

• Hate speech, dehumanising statements or discriminatory content • Insults, personal attacks or public humiliation • Racism, antisemitism, sexism or other forms of hostility towards people • Disparagement on the basis of personal characteristics, origin, religion, worldview, gender, identity, age or health limitations • Content that dehumanises people or groups, threatens them or turns them against each other

We do not tolerate:

• Intimidation, threats or targeted harassment • Repeated unwanted messages or contact attempts • Damage to reputation, defamation or targeted smear campaigns • Publishing other people's private or confidential information • Calls to attack, exclude or harass individuals or groups

Founderi is not a place for pornographic or sexually oriented content.

The following in particular are not allowed:

• Nudity or pornographic content • Sexually explicit images, videos, texts or messages • Sexual harassment, unwanted advances or suggestive comments • Offers of or advertising for sexual services • Publishing or passing on intimate content without the express consent of the person concerned • Any form of sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors

Everyone may hold their own convictions and beliefs. Founderi, however, is meant to connect people, not to divide them through political, religious or ideological disputes.

The following in particular are therefore not permitted:

• Party-political advertising or election campaigning • Political propaganda and targeted political mobilisation • Religious proselytising or pressing others towards a particular faith • Extremist, radicalising or fanatical content • Aggressive political or religious arguments • Disparaging other people because of their faith, worldview or political stance

Factual content may be permitted where it is necessary for a specific subject matter and is presented respectfully, neutrally and free of propaganda.

Not allowed are:

• Threats or calls to violence • Glorification of violence, terrorism or extremist organisations • Content that promotes, explains or organises criminal offences • Shocking or cruel depictions • Promotion of self-harm or dangerous behaviour • Trade in illegal or legally restricted products and services

Founderi is built on trust and honest collaboration.

We therefore prohibit:

• Fraud, deception and false promises • Fake profiles or acting under someone else's identity • Phishing, data theft or manipulation attempts • Unsolicited bulk advertising and repeated unwanted messages • Misleading business offers or deliberately false information • Artificial reviews, staged recommendations or manipulated reach • Advertising and sales activities outside the areas provided for them

Please only publish content for which you hold the necessary rights.

Not permitted are:

• Publishing personal data without consent • Passing on confidential conversations, documents or access credentials • Infringement of copyright, trademark or personality rights • Copying or distributing other members' content without permission • Recording or publishing private conversations without the consent of those involved

You are responsible for the content, posts, messages, offers and information that you publish or pass on at Founderi.

Before you publish, check: Is it true? Is it respectful? Is it helpful? And would I say it that way to someone's face?

Content or behaviour that violates these principles, our terms of use or applicable law may be reviewed and removed.

Depending on the nature, severity and frequency of a violation, we may:

• point out a violation or issue a warning • remove individual content • temporarily restrict features • block access to certain areas • temporarily deactivate a user account • permanently end the membership • inform the competent authorities in serious or unlawful cases

In the case of particularly serious violations – in particular threats of violence, fraud, sexual exploitation, endangerment of minors or clearly unlawful content – access may be blocked without prior warning.

Wherever possible, measures are taken objectively, proportionately and with regard to the individual case.

A respectful community does not arise from rules alone, but from how each individual behaves.

If you notice content or behaviour that contradicts these principles, please use the reporting function provided. Do not misuse this function to settle personal conflicts or to report other people without reason.

By agreeing, you confirm that you:

• have read and understood these principles, • treat other people with respect and dignity, • do not publish or spread prohibited content, • take responsibility for your behaviour and your content, • accept that violations may lead to restrictions or to exclusion from Founderi.
