Yes. You can join any Community for free. You only need a plan if you want to start one yourself — each plan contains exactly one Community, from Starter to All-in-One. For a second one you take the same plan again.

Not the number of communities — that is one everywhere. What differs is the scope: Starter brings text channels, forums, chat, feed, courses, events and the media library. Plus adds stages — voice rooms and rooms for talks — and the landing-page builder. All-in-One puts internationalisation and the largest room on top. Plus the two numbers that go with it: how many people can be live at the same time (100 · 200 · 500) and how much fits in (Starter about 87.000 photos or 12 hours of video; Plus about 340.000 photos or 50 hours of video; All-in-One about 870.000 photos or 125 hours of video).

A room for talks inside your Community: the speakers talk up front, everyone else listens — like a webinar, just without a Zoom link and without a second tool. Anyone who wants to speak raises a hand and is brought to the front. You can show slides (without screen sharing), record the session and let guests in without an account via a link or QR code. A stage is a channel like a text channel: created once, usable again and again. Next to it are the voice rooms — same technology, only there everyone may speak. The two together make up the “Stages” module.

The same number for both, and it depends on the plan: 100 in Starter, 200 in Plus, 500 in All-in-One — at the same time, per room. If you need more, there are top-up modules for larger groups. How many voice rooms and stages your Community creates isn't limited, and neither is how long you broadcast: there are no minutes that get used up.

Your own community with room for about 870.000 photos or 125 hours of video, 500 people live at the same time, the landing-page builder with Foundi — and every module that is otherwise sold separately: stages and Internationalization. Courses, events and the media library are not modules; they come with every plan.

Because they need continuous streaming and not every Community holds live sessions. From Plus onwards they're in the price; in Starter you add them as a module and can cancel them again at any time. You can also create events entirely without them: then with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link, or as a meeting in person.

As soon as you assemble the same thing, the plan is the cheaper route: Plus costs less than Starter plus the Stages module, and All-in-One costs less than Starter with all modules added. If you need less, the smaller plan is of course still cheaper — just with less in it.

It's already included in All-in-One. With it, posts are automatically translated into every member's native language, the landing page appears multilingual and your Community is shown worldwide in Discover. It applies to text — it doesn't translate course videos.

Anytime, individually, directly in Founderi under Plans. Stripe calculates on a pro-rata basis — you never pay a full month for a few days. Everything runs on the same invoice as your plan. What your plan already includes never gets charged extra.

Monthly or yearly — with the annual plan one month is free, so you pay eleven instead of twelve. Billing runs through Stripe; which payment methods appear at checkout depends on your country, credit card works everywhere. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time, and Stripe settles the difference pro rata.

Then you get your money back. Within 14 days of the payment you write to us and we refund it — no reason, no questions. That applies to everyone, not just to consumers, and to the plan just as much as to the modules on top of it.

Yes, anytime. Upgrading and downgrading happens immediately, cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid term — directly in Founderi, without email and without notice. Until then everything remains usable. You can also switch between monthly and yearly; Stripe calculates the difference on a pro-rata basis.

Upgrading takes effect immediately: the larger space applies to Communities that already exist. Downgrading takes it back just the same. If afterwards there's more than the smaller plan covers, nothing gets deleted. Only new images and videos won't fit anymore until cleaned up — reading, writing, and talking continue unchanged.

Then no new images, videos or files fit in any more — nothing else changes. Chat and posts carry on, everything stored stays fully intact, and nothing is ever deleted. Every Community brings the space of its plan with it (Starter about 87.000 photos or 12 hours of video; Plus about 340.000 photos or 50 hours of video; All-in-One about 870.000 photos or 125 hours of video), for media library, attachments and voice messages combined. If that isn't enough, you tidy up or move a plan higher.

Of what the platform earns on a transaction, 41 % goes back to the community: 40 % across your seven Humans weighted by Fibonacci, 1 % as an Infinity bonus into the depth. No active status, no sales target — payouts go out every Friday, with a fourteen-day trailing period (that's how long a payment can be reversed — only after that is the commission earned and every payout covered).

All amounts on this page are net, i.e. plus VAT. Checkout adds your country's tax rate — and if you provide a valid VAT ID, it is dropped under the reverse-charge procedure. What is finally charged appears once more in the summary before you pay.

Yes. All payments run through Stripe in platform model: Stripe is the payment service provider, payouts run through your Stripe merchant profile. We never see your payment data.
