founderi Platform Rules
Status: 20 September 2026
founderi is meant to be a place for exchange, networking, collaboration and business opportunities. For this to work for everyone, a few clear rules apply. They apply to posts, comments, messages, profiles, images, videos, events, offers and Communities.
1. Treat each other with respect
You may express your opinion and also disagree clearly.
Not allowed are:
• Insults and personal attacks • Threats or targeted harassment • Racist, xenophobic or discriminatory content • Statements that show contempt for human dignity • The targeted disparagement of other people or groups
Criticism of ideas, decisions, companies, laws or social developments is allowed.
Attacking people personally or disparaging them on the basis of their origin, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation or other personal characteristics is not allowed.
2. Politics on founderi
founderi is not a platform for election campaigns or party-political advertising.
Not allowed are:
• Election advertising • Advertising for parties or political candidates • Calls to vote or not to vote for a particular party or person • Political campaigns • Party-political propaganda • Persistent political or ideological proselytising
This applies regardless of party or political orientation.
A personal political opinion is allowed as long as it remains respectful and does not violate our rules.
Factual discussions about laws, taxes, reforms, regulation, the economy or social change are also allowed.
founderi does not decide which political opinion is right or wrong.
3. Act honestly and fairly
Not allowed are:
• Fraud or deception • Fake profiles or identity misuse • False or misleading business claims • False statements about products, services or prices • Unrealistic or misleading earnings promises • Fake reviews, references or credentials • Phishing or other attempts to obtain data or login credentials by deception
Anyone who offers or advertises something is personally responsible for ensuring that the information is correct and legally permissible.
4. Advertising and business offers
Business exchange is part of founderi.
You may present and recommend your company, your products and your services.
Not allowed are:
• Spam • Unsolicited mass advertising • Mass direct messages • Repeated advertising despite clear rejection • Misleading or aggressive sales methods
Advertising should fit the respective area and context.
5. Events about founderi
Events and online events about founderi itself — the platform, its plans, its compensation model or its development — are announced and held exclusively by founderi and Club21.
Not allowed are:
• Your own info, beginner or onboarding events about founderi • Online events that present, explain or promote founderi • Events that give the impression of taking place on behalf of founderi
This is how we avoid misleading anyone: whoever attends an event about founderi should be able to rely on founderi itself speaking there.
Your own events on your topic, your company or your Community are not affected by this and are expressly welcome.
6. Internal calls and events of founderi
Posts about internal founderi calls and events may only be created, published and shared in all founderi feeds by the founders, by the moderation team or by Club21 members commissioned to do so. This also applies to announcements, recommendations and reposts.
Please do not additionally post or repost these calls in other founderi feeds — not in Smalltalk or in other internal areas either.
The reason is simple: all reactions, questions and concerns about a call should come together in one place. That way we keep track, and no one is overlooked.
In addition, members who belong neither to the founders nor to the moderation team may not create or run any calls, events, Communities or chats that, through their name, design or communication, give the impression of being an official founderi offering.
Outside the founderi feeds, sharing is expressly welcome — in your own Community, in personal chats, in WhatsApp groups and on your social media channels.
This rule is binding.
7. Networking yes, targeted poaching no
founderi thrives on people making new contacts.
You may network, start collaborations and build new business relationships.
It is not allowed to systematically poach members from existing Communities.
This includes, for example:
• Mass messages to members of a Community • The targeted use of member lists for poaching • Repeated contact attempts despite rejection • The systematic transfer of members to other Communities, platforms or business systems
If two members voluntarily want to work together or network outside of founderi, that is their decision.
8. Protection of data and rights
It is not allowed:
• To publish private or confidential data of others without authorisation • To publish content for which you do not hold the necessary rights • To infringe copyrights, trademark rights or other rights of third parties • To pass off other people's content as your own
Treat the personal and business information of others confidentially.
9. No technical misuse
Not allowed are:
• Unauthorised bots or automations • Automated extraction of data • Unauthorised scraping • Malware • Attacks on accounts or systems • Circumvention of security features • Attempts to access data or accounts without authorisation
founderi must not be used for technical attacks or abusive automation.
10. Communities
Admins may set additional rules for their own Community.
These rules must be clearly recognisable to members and must not contradict the founderi Platform Rules.
A Community admin may moderate within their own Community.
Platform-wide restrictions or suspensions of a founderi account are carried out only by founderi.
11. Reporting content
If you believe that content or behaviour violates these rules, you can report it.
A report does not automatically mean that someone has violated the rules.
We review each case and take into account, among other things:
• The content and the context • The severity of the violation • Possible effects on others • Previous violations • The repetition of a behaviour
The reporting system must not be used to deliberately harass or harm other members either.
12. How we deal with violations
If content violates these rules, we may remove or restrict it.
We may also ask members to change or remove content and temporarily restrict certain features.
How we deal with repeated or serious violations is set out in section 15.
13. Reviewing decisions
If we remove content or significantly restrict an account, we will inform the affected member of the reason where possible.
Relevant decisions can be submitted for review via the procedure provided by founderi.
A complaint does not automatically mean that a decision will be reversed.
14. Changes to these rules
founderi continues to evolve.
That is why we may adjust these rules when new features are added or legal requirements change.
We inform transparently about material changes. They only apply once you have agreed to them — we will write to you and ask again the next time you open founderi.
These Platform Rules supplement the terms of use and the Code of Respect of founderi. In the event of contradictions, the binding terms of use prevail.
15. What happens in the case of repeated violations
The following rule applies to violations of our Platform Rules:
• For the first violation you receive a warning. • For the second violation your account is suspended for 7 days. • For the third violation your account is permanently suspended.
In the case of serious violations, we do not have to follow this sequence.
In such cases we may permanently suspend an account immediately. This applies, for example, to serious threats, fraud, massive identity misuse, significant data protection violations or comparably serious violations.
After a permanent suspension, no new founderi account may be created. A return to founderi is excluded in this case.
