Important notice on income examples and personal responsibility

Wherever founderi works out a figure — in the earnings calculator, on the compensation pages, in any commission example — that is an example, not a promise. This notice explains what that means and what every participant is responsible for themselves.
Income examples are examples
All calculations, commissions, revenues and income examples shown within the Founderi ecosystem serve solely as non-binding illustration. They constitute neither an income guarantee nor a promise of future revenue, profit or business success.
What the actual result depends on
Actual results depend, among other things, on personal effort, individual skills, market conditions, one's own costs and further factors, and may differ significantly from the examples shown. A complete loss of the time and money invested is also possible.
Personal responsibility, taxes and no employment relationship
Every participant acts independently, on their own responsibility and at their own economic risk. No employment relationship with Founderi arises. Every participant is themselves responsible for properly declaring and taxing their income and for complying with all tax, trade, social insurance and other legal provisions applicable in their country of residence or activity. In case of doubt, qualified tax or legal advice should be obtained in the country concerned.
Minimum age and legal capacity
Taking part in and unlocking the Founderi ecosystem is permitted solely to persons who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under the law of their country.
