What to expect in the community
You’ll find personal experiences of the journey out of burnout, daily inspiration and regular Zoom calls. In courses, sessions and the media library, you can explore burnout, energy work and how to work with trapped emotions.
Energy work for people and animals
The focus is energy work, including the Emotion Code and Body Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson. You’ll learn how to mindfully work with trapped emotions in yourself and practise with guidance; you’ll need the book “The Emotion Code” by Dr. Bradley Nelson.
